EVIDENCE & RESPONSIBILITY

Capability, with clear boundaries

This illustrative campus explains Bird's published capabilities. It is not a project design, estimate, construction programme or scope commitment.

Self-perform capabilityExplicitly described as in-house or self-performed by Bird
Delivery / supportA published service; whole-scope self-performance is not established
External responsibilityOwner, regulator, utility or other authority retains its role
Allocation to confirmSpecific project, region, contract and team need confirmation

The lifecycle is connected, not strictly sequential

Design, approvals, energy, procurement and commissioning planning can overlap. Selecting a stage changes the view, not a live project status.

What the model shows

Real three-dimensional geometry with an interactive camera. WebGL browsers use lit 3D rendering. Where WebGL is unavailable, a simplified software-projected canvas uses the same geometry and controls. This is an illustrative spatial model, not an engineering digital twin.

Official Bird evidence

Research verified 2 October 2026. Older documents are identified below. No private company sources were used.

No quantified return, labour capacity, procurement date, permit outcome, energy allocation, uptime, full integrated-systems testing or operating SLA is asserted. Grey means inactive focus, not external responsibility.
